Picture Day #2

Okay so Saturday I had another appointment to take the babies to get their pictures. It started the exact way it staerted last week. I was so sure at this rate we won;t have any pictures until they are five or ten or at least old enough to sit still and stay awake for five minutes. Anyways we finally had success with a catch, Kai'lie is sleeping in all of them and Julian is crying in one. Hey at least we have something to send Grammy and Pop Pop at Christmas. I'll post the pictures when I get them back.

Happy Birthday Desi

My best friends daughter Desi is fifteen today. I call her my niece our families are so close that it just seems right. So of course I had to send happy birthday wishes her way.

Saturday is her huge party me and her mother, Dawn spend all our time and her money planning. I chip in where I can but I have a birthday party coming in Jan. The outcome of this party is going to be great and Desi is a very lucky girl. I'll make sure to post photos of the big event.

Awful Appts. and wonderful prayers

So this morning I had an appt. at the cardiologist for my daughter. This scared me half to death because I didn't want them to say anything was wrong with my baby. So I especially wan't to thank everyone who left a prayer for my precious baby not only did this ease my mind to know so many prayers were out their but, I also think it had alot to do with the outcome. She is perfectly fine! Dawn also wanted to thank everyone for praying for the magnet situation (Her motherboard blew on her computor, she should be back soon.) Her daughter also has to see the cardiologist for heart pains that she has she has to carry a moniyor all the time just in case she has an episode Tajahnae is only six so lets pray this is over for her soon. Again I wan't to thank everyone for their prayers and especially GOD for the answers he supplies.

"BOO"

This is my dog Blue, He's a jack russel, doxon mix and he is my sons best friend. They eat, sleep, and play together they arte inseperable. So a couple of days ago I was in my room and I here my son in the front room yelling Booooo, Booooo. I first kind of thought "what is he doing?" Then as my dog going running into the front room I realize he is callin for Blue. My baby has learned a new word. I am so proud.

This is that table ottoman I made. I think it came out really nice and my family thinks its comfy.thats always a plus.

Picture Day

We took the babies to take their first portraits today, and this was a complete disaster. Kai'lie wouldn't wake up for anything we tried for almost forty-five minutes and then nothing. So we decided we would just take pictures of her sleeping, well her brother decided by this time he didn't want to hold her or sit and smile for the camara, so after about two wonderful, fun-filled hours of this we decided we are going to try again next weekend, woo-hoo.

My last project

My sons first real word besides mom and dad was spongebob. This is obviously his favorite. So I decided to make him none other than spongebob for halloween. This is how it turned out.

My newest project

First of all this table was a steal at a garage sale for one dollar, yes you read right, one whole dollar. Now I am planning to cover the top with foam and fabric, add some trim and call it an ottoman. I'll post pictures when I am done.

My Lovely Neighbors

By neighbors I don't mean the people across the street I mean the rats that live in my woodpile out back. I am putting out poisen because I don't want those guys inside my house, if you know what I mean. Now I realize that I will probably have to do it for a couple nights because when I put the glue traps out one night I awoke in the morning to see the food gone but the traps were stuck to my wood pile where the rats were stuck but just dragged the trap with them. Let me rephrase they are not RATS, they are more like SMALL CATS. I'll put up some pictures of the failed rat traps it was really rather funny.
